The following forms need to be filled out at the time of enrollment. An enrollment form for THE LITTLE PROSPECTOR, and an emergency, information and Immunization Record Card. Child care regulations require that we have a copy of a Physician - signed proof of immunization history on each child. These forms along with with an up-to-date immunization record, must be on file your child's first day of school.
ABSENCES, ILLNESS & VACATIONS
A nonrefundable registration fee for each child is required when enrolling at THE LITTLE PROSPECTOR. This fee is paid each year and is due by the first of September.
THE LITTLE PROSPECTOR is open year round.We will be open from 6:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday. We will be closed for the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day. Should the holiday fall on a weekend we will celebrate the holiday on either the proceeding Friday or the following Monday.
ENROLLMENT
Tuition is weekly based and must be paid in advance.There will be a $25.00 charge for each returned check. After (2) two returned checks, all future tuition must be paid in cash. WE ACCEPT CASH, CHECK OR CREDIT CARDS.
We do offer a program for your school age child. Transportation for school age children is provided to and from designated nearby public schools through AJUSD. We also provide programs for them for any school holiday. Due to the need for increased staff on such days, we will need to be notified in advance.
Your child’s space is reserved regardless of any missed days. tUITION IS CHARGED ONLY FOR THE DAYS ATTENDED. If your child is absent for (1) one continuous week,you will have the option of withdrawing your child. Re-enrollment will be on a space availability basis and an additional enrollment fee will need to be paid.
